Forward Scotland's response to the Scottish Government's draft National Planning Framework (2).
The submission argues that the NPF2 document lacks ambition and clarity. Forward Scotland calls on sustainable development to be addressed more clearly within every section of the document, rather than treated as a separate, environment-focussed factor. It is also clear that some of the proposed national developments are inconsistent with the sustainable development and carbon reduction objectives of the Framework.
