Description: This underpass was in an awful condition. The Rotary Club took the initiative to improve it. This was partly inspired by one of the Rotarians and local business person who is a director for a specialist paint firm. He had knowledge of how to improve the condition of underpasses in such a way that it would also reduce crime.
