Did you know that the first certified sustainable fish and chippie is in Anstruther? Well neither did I but it is true. The Marine Stewardship Council has produced a short film trying to explain what is sustainable fish.

The Anstruther Fish Bar is the plaice to go.....

This film funded by the UK government is well worth a quick watch. It might make you feel a bit hungry but if you are feeling tempted.....remember Think Sustainable.
